A Letter From John Cooper

   Dear Student,

I am passionate about helping you reach your post-secondary educational goals.  I love working with students like yourself on the journey to associates, bachelors, masters, and even doctoral degrees.  I believe that continuing education is now a necessity in our global economy.

Whether you are attempting to gain admission to a selective school or you simply want to obtain a quality education at a price you can afford, I’m here to coach you toward that end.

The long-term career implications of a college degree are often minimized by an attitude of just going to college will get me further ahead.  That’s why many people get well into their college coursework and don’t really have a clear career track in mind.  This can be costly because it often results in prolonging completion of your degree or needing to return to get another degree.

The college journey provides you with an awesome opportunity to piece your wants, needs, and desires together.  As an independent educational consultant, I offer you seeks to strengthen your already existing hopes and dreams.  Yes, your life is speaking to you.  You just need to listen.  I will help you explore the multitude of majors, minors, and licenses available to you.

As your educational consultant, I want to work with you to find an affordable solution.  The average debt at graduation for a bachelor’s degree is $30,000.  There are students and their parents who actually incur much more than that amount.  There is nothing inherently bad about student loans.  The value of your associates, bachelors, masters, or doctoral degrees should increase over your lifetime earnings.  The key here is not to over borrow.  I will help you and your family to make wise decisions around any borrowing that is needed.

A college education should be transformative.  You and I will work together to explore schools that will be a good “fit” for you.  Our time together will focus on finding a school that will allow you to develop into the best engineer, teacher, manager, doctor, lawyer, accountant, writer, nurse, social worker, computer programmer, etc.., that you can be

I’m very excited to put my twenty-five years of higher education experience at five different colleges and universities to work for you.  Remember there are over 4,000 colleges and universities in the U.S. and I don’t work for any of them.  I work only for you.  Feel free to browse my Bio Page to learn more about me.  Give me a call or send me an email and let’s plan to sit down and talk about what you want out of college.  You’ll be glad you did!
